The professionals highlighted below represent just a fraction of the over 40 dedicated team members at Choice Health whose purpose is to help our clients live a life they love. Our committed, experienced, and highly trained team of professionals is dedicated to transforming lives and aiding those committed to improving their mental, emotional, and physical health. The Choice Health team is comprised of licensed therapists, medical professionals, behavioral health technicians, peer support specialists, and more. These are all skilled and talented professionals with personal and professional experience in the medical field. However, maybe the greatest quality they provide clients with is the passion they have for their job!

Tom McKinley
Interim CEO

Tom has an extensive professional background as a senior leader, board member, consultant, and owner in and outside the healthcare industry. He has experience working with large multinational corporations and small start-up non-profits. Over the past twenty years, Tom has been involved in various healthcare initiatives, both on the provider and payer side, providing him with a unique perspective on patient care and Substance Use Disorders. His personal experience in recovery fuels his passion for creating positive outcomes through innovative, evidence-based models of care that are available to anyone with the desire to transform their lives.

Dr. Weston Young DO
Chief Medical Officer | Primary Care

Dr. Young is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to whole-person care. He graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Human Health Studies and earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Casper, Wyoming, where he served as Chief Resident at the University of Wyoming’s program.

 

With over nine years of experience, Dr. Young brings a compassionate and integrated approach to patient care—focused on aligning mental, emotional, and physical health. His clinical interests include pharmaceutical research, sports medicine, addiction medicine, and wellness.

 

Outside the clinic, Dr. Young enjoys motorcycle riding and supports community causes through local charity events.

Bailey Sheggeby LAC | Nutritionist

Bailey Sheggeby is a compassionate therapist who combines her passion for mental health with her expertise in nutrition. She helps clients understand how balanced nutrition supports emotional stability and recovery, while creating a safe, supportive environment for personal growth. Bailey is committed to empowering individuals to make sustainable changes that improve both their physical and emotional health.

Wesley Dinan
Vice President - Operation

Wesley Dinan brings extensive leadership experience to Choice Health, where his focus is on building supportive environments that prioritize both client care and team collaboration. With a strong background in hotel and resort management, he has developed a career rooted in service, efficiency, and compassion. A former professional mixed martial arts athlete and instructor, Wesley carries the discipline, resilience, and commitment to growth from his athletic career into his leadership role. At Choice Health, he is dedicated to ensuring that every client feels valued, supported, and empowered in their journey to lasting wellness.

Tanya Zweifel LPC
Chief Clinician | Behavioral Health

Tanya Zweifel is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has worked in the Behavioral Health field for over 20 years in a variety of settings including schools, residential treatment and outpatient settings. In the scope of her practice, she addresses addictions, trauma and other mental health issues. Tanya is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing), the leading therapy used for treatment of PTSD. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Relapse Prevention Therapy and Motivational Interviewing with her clients. Tanya works with individuals as well as couples.  Being part of the healing process of her clients is what makes her job the best one in the world.  

Hannah Bangura NP  Psychiatric & Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Hannah is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in acute and critical care, anesthesiology, and psychiatric support. Hannah brings a calm, patient-centered approach to client care

 

She is experienced in treating a wide range of behavioral health and mental-health concerns.

Hannah offers flexible treatment options, including in-person and telehealth appointments. 

 

Her professional strengths lie in building trusting relationships, guiding patients through both physical and emotional health challenges—with a focus on thorough education, continuity of care, and personalized treatment planning.

Christina Lombardo | Certified Holistic Sports Nutritionist

Christina Lombardo is a Certified Holistic Sports Nutritionist and trauma-informed wellness practitioner. She helps clients create sustainable lifestyle changes by focusing on nutrition, sleep, movement, supplements, and stress management. With extensive experience supporting individuals in recovery, Christina develops personalized nutrition and wellness plans that empower clients to build healthier habits and lasting results.

James Donley
Managing Partner

James is an entrepreneur with business experience in several fields including accounting, financial turn-around & restructuring, banking, real estate development, contracting & home services, sales & marketing, travel, and private equity.  His desire to enter the behavioral health industry started with his own recovery which spans over two-decades.

Chad Willis
Lead Therapist & Clinical Administrator

After a 20-plus year career with the City of Mesa’s Animal Control Unit, Chad turned his attention to behavioral health. After earning his Master’s Degree in Counseling, Chad work in the crisis, detox, and psychiatric units at CBI. Chad has extensive experience in individual and group counseling in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. Chad is trained in EMDR therapy and trauma counseling and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention therapy in his daily practice. 

Chad is an active member of his community, church, and enjoys spending his free time with his grandchildren. 

Mikael Guthrie, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Mikael is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. He brings extensive experience from inpatient, outpatient, and community mental health settings, including his work serving the Navajo Nation and other underserved populations. Known for his holistic and trauma-informed approach, Dr. Guthrie blends evidence-based psychiatric treatment with compassionate care to support clients across the lifespan. His leadership and commitment to advancing access to quality mental health services make him a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking lasting wellness.

Dr. J Carvel Jackson
Chief Medical Officer | Addiction

Dr. Jackson earned his Doctorate at Western University of Health Sciences before completing his residency at Stanford University School of Medicine in 1989.  Dr. Jackson has been providing medical services in the Valley of the Sun since leaving Stanford and has dedicated his practice to working with those dependent on Opioids & other addictive drugs. 

 

Including Addiction, Dr. Jackson specializes in Pain Management and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. ​
