About Choice Health Integrated
The Choice Health story began in the heart of Arizona, where we opened our first clinic in Mesa, providing Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) services to those struggling with Substance Use Disorders (SUD). As we listened to our clients and observed the challenges they faced, we quickly recognized the need for more comprehensive care. In 2020, we expanded our services to include Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and mental health support, addressing the complex needs of individuals with co-occurring diagnoses.
By 2022, our vision evolved further and we transitioned into a Fully Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic, blending primary care with behavioral health to offer a holistic, patient-centered approach. This milestone marked a new chapter that fueled a desire for more innovation. In 2023, we launched the “Live Better Program,” which is designed to help individuals build independent living skills and thrive beyond treatment. Our reach and impact extended further into the community with our second clinic opening in Midtown Phoenix in early 2024.
More than just medical facilities, our clinics are sanctuaries of hope and transformation. We provide a seamless continuum of care that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Our comprehensive services—including psychiatry, group therapy, supportive housing, counseling, employment assistance, and more—are thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring personalized and lasting healing.
What truly sets us apart are our innovation programs. The Live Better Program goes beyond recovery, equipping individuals with the skills to thrive in independent living. Our Nutritional Psychiatry initiative delves into the critical link between what we eat and our mental health, harnessing the power of nutrition to foster lasting wellness. And maybe our most unique innovation, our End-Organ Disease Program, supports individuals in need of a heart, liver or kidney transplant.
